Wood pulp

In addition to machining and turning solid wood, we also make use of wood pulp, thanks to which we are able to obtain a wide variety of shapes of objects and decorations that can be applied directly to solid wood.

What is it?

It is a medium-density paste, supplied ready to use, made using wood flours, glues, and vegetable oil. It does not require any heat source for drying, as once processed as needed, simply keep it out in the natural air or use a dryer to speed up this process. After the pulp is dry it has all the characteristics of wood and can be worked and finished in a variety of ways.

How is it used?

We use this material by “molding,” through special aluminum molds that are filled and then pressed so that the wood pulp takes the desired shape and then placed on shelves until it has dried completely. It can be used alone or printed directly on the wood to create multiple types of decoration. Later it can then be painted and finished as needed.
